Default 2014 Fusion SE 2.0 Real Lower Suspension question

I'm trying to replace the bushings in a Suspension Control Arm (Rear, Lower) passenger side. I have attached a picture of the part that holds the bushings:

Can anyone help me find the part number for the bushings?

Any advice on installing? Special tools needed? I have an impact and various socket sets and other hand tools, a good jack, I'm a little worried about the spring, will I need something to compress it to fit it back in or can I replace the bushings without removing the Suspension Control Arm?

I am hoping I can change the bushings without removing the control arm so I dont have to worry about the spring.

I will pray that you are able to free yourself from living in terror of performing simple tasks.

I got the part numbers with help from a guy in Turkey over eBay.
