Default Fusion Battery Degradation Recall 23s33

Good Evening Everyone. Does anyone have new information on the plug-in battery recall on 2019-20 Fusions? I haven’t charged it since I got the notice last month and it’s very frustrating. I’ve lost 7 mpgs already, 53 down to 46 now. Nice car, but it’s not nice enough to continue with this BS. Thank you

No word here yet. It is frustrating! It's been almost a year. A guy at the dealer service center did tell me I can still charge the battery up to 80% just not full since that's where the charge controller issue would happen if it did. So I've been doing that.

Just called Ford and no answer for timing of resolution. Was told by the rep "Ford drags their feet" on these issues to avoid paying and ultimately resolve under warranty. I started this defeats the purpose of having a hybrid if you are unable to charge it and the rep laughed. Imagine if this issue was on a full electric vehicle and you were unable to drive it at all. I'm sure this issue would already be resolved.
