Default Glove box

I just bought a new Fusion and I happened to put a big scratch on the golve box. I tried to repair it and made it look worse (now the area around the scratch is discolored). Is there a way to fix this or purchase a new glove box? I tried to find glove boxes on all the auto parts web sites and could not find one. Can anyone help me please, this is really bothering me and it looks really bad.

Thanks in advance.

Depending on how bad the damage is, it would probably be easier to just replace the glove/door.. Your selling dealer might even be able to help with a warranty replacement, or offer a 'at cost' discount ect.. There's always dismantlers, but I try the dealer card first.. The replacement part is a quick install with just a release of the tabs/damper and rotate the box off the pivots..
