Just put in a new thermostat and water pump due to overheating issues, car no longer overheats but now the O/D off light is flashing when idle (turns off when up to speed) and the radiator fan pulses nonstop immediately after starting the car even cold. It will kick on for 2-3 seconds then off then back on repeatedly. Below is a short video of the fan pulsing

hello did you use a repair manual when installing?i say this because probably you missed something during installation.

To start,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,suggest you recheck all your work , every step,,,, for possibly a wire left off or was pinched in the process.
