when you start it it almost seems like the starter drive is sticking out and hitting the fly wheel goes away and comes back when you push the gas does not seem to affect the performance any ideas?

 

There are usually a couple bolts that you can remove to remove an inspection cover on the lower part of the flywheel housing. Maybe you can remove the cover and see what may be the source of the noise.

 

turns out the fly wheel and starter had to be replaced
now has a shake on the highway at about 55mph/100k
also another noise is coming from under the hood sounds in the fly wheel area into dealer again post later as i get news

 

turns out it needs a flange bolt ? they did not say for what had to order it so we wait monday now lets see tuesday
