I installed a sound system into my wifes 03 convertable mustang. I accidentally drilled a hole into the brake booster while trying to get through the firewall. Now here's the funny part..... I fixed the holewith JBweld.... ha ha ha ha ha.... ok, maybe itsmore stupid than funny, anyway.... Now, twoyears later, the carjerks whenever it rains really hard, duringinitial startup it idles kind ofinconsistantly, and every now and then it kills for no reason ( whiledriving ). Can all of this be related to a hole in the brake booster? I know the brake booster works off of a vacuum from the engine, but can it really do all of this?
