Default Exhaust

Okay kinda new to this thing but anyways Iam replaceing my exhaust on my car Iam getting bassani heads, cross -over pipe, and mufflers... Iam looking to get that deep flow sound... I have a 5.0 with a procharger and E303 cam and I know its gonna sound mean..... anyways where I live just done away with E-mission testing and wondering if I should go with no cats or with cats.... which is better.....????

Of course - dump the cats. They restrict exhaust flow and eventually can clog and cost dearly in gas mileage and engine performance (they can even shut it down).
