Default Noise

Hello everyone,
this is my second mustang, my first mustang was a 97, and now I have a 2004 that I have had for 3 years.
What is this turning noise, that sounds like the power steering?

Pump may be wearing out. Is there a point in the steeringrange that it stops?

Could be a bad pressure hose.
