Default Wiring Diagram

My Uncle is taking the Engine and transmission out of a totaled 2018 Mustang GT and putting it in a 1967 Fairlane that is being rebuilt from the frame up. He will be using other components from the Mustang as well. He is trying to find a wiring diagram because he has to use a new computer because the replacement is programed for the engine and not all the safety bells and whistles. Will have a seperate fuse box for everything but just looking reuse most of the things like signals and such.

Thanks for looking
Jason

I would think if you had the time and $$$$ this could be done.
Keep in mind the system will require all the inputs that were available from the Mustang like wheel speed sensors that supply info to the PCM and "Trans control Module"
I don't know if this might work correctly without those inputs .
Fuel gauge info to the PCM from the fuel tank sending unit is one of those necessary inputs. Some fuel controls are determined by input from the O2 sensor located after the converter Lots of unknowns involved. Don't forget the info from the anti theft system would be required before the PCM will allow it to start.
Keep us informed, would like to know if this can be successfully done. Thanks.

There are numerous Modules that supply info to the PCM,
Vehicle has "CAN" system and requires replies and communication from EACH of the modules to function correctly. One of those modules is the Instrument Cluster..

He has resolved all of those issues with ford performance modules that treat the engine and transmission as a create engine that has its own pcm.
Just trying to resolve the signal switch and wiper and seats.
Thank You

We can supply you with Mustang wiring diagrams, connector views/pin outputs and such,, but they are viewed as sections, sub sections etc. So, if you have a ‘specific’ area your working in, request that need. It would save time sending you area detailed info, than sending schematics you may not or wouldn’t need...

I had to approve the thread for them to post.
Sorry about the delay, been busy.
So,, the way we need to look these up is by M/Y and the specific feature. Like what level of seating,, climate, memory etc. The Turn/HL looks like I identified, but the part number you provide I can’t cross. The only thing I can see is the repair connector/ pigtail which carries another number. Another way, is to tell me exactly where they plug into, snap an image of the connector (straight on image), and one of the wire colors/tracer colors.
Some connectors looks similar, but the wire colors never lie.
