Default Spit and Sputter

I recently purchased a 1970 Ford F100 pickup that looks like it was put in a time capsule. It has 116,000 miles and everything is in immaculate condition. My problem lies in the fact that when its a little cold and even after it warms up off and on, when I get on it the truck spits and sputters and it really gets to me. Im not sure if I have a vacuum leak, the carb is to much for the 360 motor, or what?

I think Ramrod is right on. The sitting can realyget to things like carb's and brakes. Speaking of brake's, look'm over good. I'd feel real bad if something happened to you and the other guy too!!
