Default '04 Ranger Edge brake problem

Front driver's side brake grabs. Have replaced both front calipers, front pads, driver's side hose (flex only), & master cyclinder. If you make effort to take it easy on pedal, grabbing may not occur; however, regular pressure on pedal results in front driver side grabbing too quick. Also, tried swapping out speed sensor on that wheel only- with no change. Problem is very consistent.

Since you've already swapped out the entire brake assembly on that wheel it looks like the problem may lie with either the ABS actuator, control module or hydraulic unit. All are high cost items so it might be best to have a brake shop or dealer check for ABS codes to try to isolate the problem before starting to replace components.
