1996 ranger 3.0 valve problems
 
Just put on new head gaskets....now have 0 compression on all cyls. What did I do wrong the valves seem to be open? HELP!

Maybe you put the wrong head gaskets on the wrong side were they marked with L & R there might be a differance.

Same gaskets both sides... can back rocker bolt off and get comp.

Sounds like your timming is off . Because if you back off the adjustment screw on the rocker and you get compression means your head gasket is on right . You must have your timming wrong if it is off you will not get any compression because your valves will open at the wrong time.
