Default 200 Ford Ranger XLT 3.0 problem

Recently I have been experienceing some a problem with the engine. When I start up the engine it runs very rough for about 30 seconds and then idles at normal. It has happened sporadically 3-4 times but not consistent. The truck feels very shaky when this occurs but goes away after 30 seconds. No check engine light comes on either. Anyone have any suggestions as to what it might be that is causing this?
Thanks

Check your IAC valve. It can be measured for resistance and the specs should be available in chilton or like manual.

when it idles rough does your voltage drop aswell? if so and if you have air conditioning try unplugging the electric clutch on your ac pump thats what fixed mine.
