I have this 2000 Ranger 2.3L, 5-speed manual. Is there anything I can do to it that will make it faster without hurting the engine much or at all?

cold air intake, new ignition, spark plug change, higher octane, exhaust, timing, tranny, diff, there is so much **** to do to these lil powerplants in disguse
