I have a 1992 Ford Ranger 4X4 ext cab 5 speed. When I turn the key on, the fuel pump starts and keeps running. The fuel pressure is running at about 36 psi. The truck won't start unless I spray some gas in the intake. Once it has been running, it will restart, but it seems like it is starving for fuel. Any suggestions would be good. Thanks,
