Default 96 Ranger Electrical Problems

I have a couple of electrical problems with my 96 Ranger but I would bet that they are related. First off on occasion when I start the truck the ABS light will stay on. When this occurs the turn signals do not work. If I shut off the truck and restart it usually fixes the problem. The ABS light does not stay on and the turn signals function. The second problem is with the wipers. Somtimes they jsut come on on their own. They come on intermettently. If I turn them on and off a few times it usually quits. Does this sound like it is all related to the wiper multi-function switch? If so how easy is it to replace?

Sounds like you may have a grounding issue under the dash.
