I just bought a Haynes manuel for my truck because I'm replacing my heater core. It says to remove the dash board I have to remove the steering wheel and unbolt the steering colum. My question is when I unbolt the steering colum does it come completely out or does it just lower it allow access under the dash? Also if anyone has tips on how to replace this they would be greatly appreciated.
