I have a 1999 xlt ford ranger 3.0 flexi fuel the blower motor has stopped working all fuses are fine it comes on once and a while ,I will turn the truck on and it ios blowing then when i stop and turn it off it quites working i am very puzzled and a very novice mechanic please help

 

Check the blower mortor resiter it tends to be the reason the Blower stops working.
Try that if that doesn't work it could be your blower motor itself or a bacd connection in the switch.
