can't get my 05 Ranger into 4X4Low

Any suggestions on how to get my 2005 Ranger into 4X4 Low?

I just had this fixed on my Ranger. They had to replace a switch that was mounted on the transfer case. It takes a few seconds for it to change after you turn the switch.
