Default carburetor jet sizing

WhenI rebuilt my 83 ranger 2.8 v6,I removed the air pump, the charcoal filter, most of the emissions tubing and hollowed out the cat. converter for improved performance and better gas milage. Originally the truck came from Colorado,I rebuilt it in Massachusetts. Now after all the modifications,I was only getting 13.5 mpg. To me, that sucks.I figured that it was getting such low milagebecause it was jetted for colorado which has less oxygen, so it would have bigger jets for more fuel, but once in Mass.there was more oxygen so it didn't need all that extra gas, so it was dumping an exceeded amount of gas into the carb, thus wasting gas. Now thatI moved to florida where there is even more oxygen, im getting even worse milage. my question is if anybody knows the elevation to jet sizeratio in a Motorcraft 2150A-2V carburetor. I need smaller jets.
