Default freeze plugs

I suspect I may be looking for a bad freezeplug on my '92 ranger, 3.0 L. I say this only because I've got a significant leak this morning and I've replaced most other obvious things recently. Ialso don't see anything obvious so far. It appears to be close to thebackside of the engine and out of sight. Where are the freeze plugs located? And are they easily accessible?

Default RE: freeze plugs

I have not done freeze plugs on a Ranger, but cant tell you they are located on the lower sides of theblock.Lookup between exhaust manifold and block, should be 2 or 3 per side. If you can get to them an old dent puller (screwin type) is what we used to use to remove them.
