anybody else got a code p1537-instake manifold swirl control stuck open? cant find much info on the system. i know that the pcm opens a soleniod which sends vacuum to an actuator which in turn closes a butterfly valve in the intake manifold under 3k rpms. what i dont know is what inputs, besides engine speed, does the pcm look at. ive got it narrowed down to either a bad pcm or a bad whatever tells the pcm to do it...any help would be greatly appreciated
