My 2000 Ranger after it sits for a week comes up with a dead battery....??? Help??

 

It's called memory for your onboard computer and radio stations, etc. You wanted it - now start it up every two days to charge it - or you can unhook the battery cable if you're not going to drive it much (or get one of those switch on/off battery disconnects). Check your battery cables to see they are clean also -cleaning themhelps it start easier ifthe battery'sdrained.
