Default doors locking

I am having the problem with my doors locking as soon asI start my truck. It only does it when it is around 32 degrees or lower. Do you think it is time for me to get a new battery or could it be something else??

Thanks
Brandy

Do you have autolock on your vehicle? I don't recall any ranger having that option. Is it an aftermarket alarm system on it? That is what usually triggers this type of problem.

I do not know what causes the problem, but I had a 92 grand am that would do the same. There was no auto lock etc. You would start it and it could be idling and it seem to happen most when the engine stumbled a little, very little. The only thing could think is that the system is voltage sensative.

I do not have an auto lock or and after market alarm system. The one thingIdid notice today is once it is started and warm andI shut it off and restart it the doors do not lock the second time. Could that still be a voltage problem?? Thanks.
