I want to put fog lights on my 95 Ranger and I was wondering what would be a good set of fog lights. Would a set of fog lights from Wal-Mart be a good set.

I have a set from Walmart on my truck. They are great and exactly what I wanted. Be careful how you set them though, I had mine turned up too high and everybody thought that I was bright-eyeing them. They work great and look great especially for the money.
