hey,
i have a 98 2wd ranger, what can i do as far as a lift kit for under 500?
i want about a 4" Suspension Lift Kit please help me out

The 98+ years have torsion bar, not the twin beam. A lift for the 98+ Ranger will start at about $1500 and go up.
