Default Ranger Parking Brake

This is regarding a 99 Ranger 2WD, is there any adjustment on the parking brake at all? It almost looks like the center cable is stretched and I dont mind replacing it if thats the problem, I just want to be sure before I do. Thanks in advance!

There should be an adjustment somewhere on the cable. Also you can remove the drums and make an adjustment to the brake pads that should help

Looks like i'll be pulling the drums, Ford didnt leave an adjustment anywhere on the cable, even at the pedal. Thanks for the tip.
