Not 100% sure, but usually when it says offroad the suspension system is the difference, and height. For the offroad, the suspension is a little stronger to take all the rocks and ditches and whatever else. Also take a look in the front. The Offroad package most likely comes with a skid plate and guards underneath for the fuel tank and other vital organs, where the reg 4x4 doesn't.

Normally all it is, Is larger shocks ,, Or the addition of another shock , ( quad shocks ) heavy'er springs , An then the skid plates nuthing fancy , Like the whole truck had been re-done, Oh yea you gotta add the STICKER'S too , I forgot that , the most important part .

thats just what i wanted to know, some vehicle from the standard 4x4 to the offroad sport 4x4 had changes as drastic as upgraded transfer cases and such. just wondering if ours was the same or not.

The only thing i can think of is maybe the off- road sticker means it has a skid-plate and whatnot.
