While driving the engine will start to loose power and will start puffing
fuel rich (black ) exhaust. Changed o2 sensor and fixed for about a week
open to any suggestions. Have already considered that i got a bad bosch o2 sensor

It wouldn't suprise me if it was bad. I always use OEM for all sensors. Even if the aftermarket sensor is made by the OEM supplier, the EOM quality control is different. A lot of times, the aftermarket part is an OEM quality control "FAILED" unit.

Also, check the wiring and connector. Make sure the wiring isn't rubbing some place. A short in the wiring can also cause the same issue.
