Default turn signal relay

son had 2000 Ranger broke into and radio stolen. 3 days latter all marker lamps and instrument cluster lights dont work. Wiring diagram shows a common wire to all these that comes from the turn signal relay. I'm thinking it might be a coincidence and the relay has gone out, but I cant find the relay. can someone respond as to its location. I found the flasher, is it the same part as the relay?

Yes as far as i know the turn signal relay would be the flasher . Also I would look for cut wires by the radio or pulled wires. And check the fuse's if you have not.
