94 ford ranger, manual, 2.7L
I have been trying to start it and every time I try it turns over but won't start. I can already rule out the battery but I have heard it was either the timing belt, fuel pump or fuel filter. I am leaning more towards the timing belt but not too positive. Anybody have any suggestions as to how I can check if the timing belt is out?

 

i meant to put its i 2.3L

 

Puff a little ether in the breather and if it starts ,I would lean towards a fuel pump, beyond that check the timing.

It ended up being the relay. Sucks that it took a week to figure out but at least it was a cheap fix.
