Where can I find replacement caps for the steering wheel buttons?

Where can I find replacement caps for the steering wheel buttons?
Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew a model or item name for the plastic caps on a Year 2000 model Ford Ranger.

basically the the area where the on and off button will be on the left side of the steering wheel has exposed PCB with the tactile switch showing. I would love to be able to get some plastic pieces that go over them, but cant seem to find anything.
It would be good to find a replacement of the entire unit if possible also.
