Default whirring sound.....

so i just got my fuel pump replaced like 2 weeks ago and then about a week ago i have been getting this kind of whirring noise...its sounds kind of like a wheel bearing thats going but it only happens with the gas pedal is pressed down....if i let off the gas pedal the noise goes away...i thaught maybe my fuel filter was partially clogged and was causing extra stress on the pump or something but i changed it and it didnt fix anything so i have no idea what it is....i have a feeling it has something to do with the fuel system but i dont know what to check next...anyone got any ideas???
