Default 04 Sport Trac transmission cooler pipe

I have an 04 sport Trac that someone stole the catalytic converters of of. When they cut the exhaust pipe the sawed into a pipe coming from the transmission pan. It goes to a cooler in from of the radiator. I was wondering how to remove that pipe so I can replace it. I’m not sure if it is a high pressure line or not. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks in advance.

Check 2 pdf below.
2WD only since you didn't specify if it's 4WD.

Yes it is 2WD. The problem is that one pipe that runs from the transmission to the cooler that is in front of the radiator has been cut. It is a steel pipe. How do I remove it. It looks like it is just stuck in there. I don’t see any fittings. Is it possible that it is a pressure fitting with a rubber seat or something.
