2001 sport trac replacement shocks

2001 sport trac replacement shocks
I replaced the shocks not long ago with mid level Gabriel shocks from AutoZone. I'm not happy with these. 
And, of course, this is not the best riding model out there. Any suggestions for a better shock or other upgrades?
