I just bought a used 2004 Ford sport trac and want to buy the big rubber hose that is attached to the fuel tank. The previous owner attached a radiator hose to a small piece of the original hose the fuel tank had. I want to buy a proper hose for it but I dont know what is the part number or the size of the hose. I notice this problem when I changed the fuel filter.

Its my first Ford vehicle. I have searched online and no one sells the hose except for a small diameter hose. If anyone knows, or has any tips, please help. Thanks.
