I'm looking to change the automatic transmission to a standard transmission. Do you think I will have elictrical problems?

 

i think that you will have more than electricle problems. that sounds like a really big undertaking. i wold just go buy a car with a standard trans. i would not even attempt to do this. and its a 91, if i were you i would go out and buy myself a 91 mustang 5.0 if you are looking for some more speed.
