Default 2002 taurus brake noise

just had new pads and new rotors installed. When braking from a speed of 30 mph or better there is no noise. When I brake at a speed of about 5-10 mph there is a grinding noise from one of the wheels. If I roll down my driveway there is a grinding noise from the wheel. What may be causing the noise?

Could be hearing the pads trying to burnish to the new rotors. If there was a crosshatch on new rotors sometimes this takes about 500 miles to smoth out with brake pad trasfer to rotor. Also did you install a ceramic pad or metallic pad. If metallic they will always sound more harsh.
