Default 96 Ford taurus Radio Prob.

I have a 1996 Ford Taurus. I just bought the car about a month ago used. When i first got the car the radio would go out when i turned right but come back when i straightened out the car. Now the radio has gone out completely. When i have the car in Park or Neutral everthing works fine. But when i put the car into any other gear the Power Windows do not work or the radio. But the radio dash still works but no sound comes out of the speakers. Please can any one tell me what is going on and how i can fix this thank you.

You have a bad neutral safety switch/ transmission range sensor. It is located on the top of the transaxle just below the mastrer cylinder area. It is a fairly easy replacement. Hardest part is linging up 2 little lines whtle the car is in neutral.
