96 taurus GL starts but unresponsive
Our 96 taurus GL started and ran fine to church, it was about 10 degrees.
After church it started, the check engine and battery lights were on, and the accelerator pedal had no effect on the engine, it just sat at idle. It was around 15 degrees then.
About 1 hour later the car started and ran fine, it was above 20 degrees then.
I checked and put dielectric grease on all the sensor connectors and checked tightness on the PCM connector.
I also checked all the ground connections I could find.
Any thoughts on what the problem might have been?
