Default 97 taurus radio

im planning on putting a subwoofer in the car and was wondering what kind of plugs there are on the back of the radio.

If it's a factory radio, you'll probably have to splice into the rear speaker wires and use the high level inputs on the amp. I don't think there's anything on the factory radio like RCA outputs.

I recommend that you just go out and but an After Market Radio. They sound so much better and also, they will push more bass and with hold more power, BUT... don't scrap the stock radio because if you plan to sell, you can put the stock radio back in.
