I have a 98 SW and the rear washer is not pumping fluid onto the glass. I've pulled the resevoir and and noticed when I found it that it was swimming in a pool of washer fluid. The tank isn't cracked and there is no holes in the hose.

My questions are:

1. Is there a fuse for the rear washer pump?
2. Is the black thing on the rear resevoir indeed a pump?
3. Where can I find a new resevoir pump?

Any other reason why the fluid isn't pumping? The wiper motor is perfect and the rear resevoir was filled to the top. It did work a couple weeks ago, though only a stream of fluid came out - not a spray.
