Anyone know the best place to buy these. So far, the best price I've found is at Best Buy for $80
I checked Ebay but all I could find on there was for the newer style sable with the rectangular heater/stereo.

 

When you mean kit, are you talking about the wireharness and the faceplate? or is there more to it?

 

yes, wiring harness and faceplate... the piece that replaces the factory stereo and integrated HVAC controls ~ big oval piece

 

Crutchfield has them for $70. I was surprised to see how expensive these were. I guess because the plate is more detailed and all. They are half that is you buy a stereo from them that costs over 130.

I just ordered a HU from sonicelectronix yesterday. They shipped it out yesterday and will receive it today according to UPS. Granted, I live a couple hours drive away, but the fact they sent it the day I ordered. Not bad. They were having a deal on Ebay for the HU and it came with the install kit. Their approval rating is 99% out of quite a bit of customers, and I read the negative comments, and it was usually some stupid thing from someone that didn't sound smart. As in didn't read the whole page and got pissed because they thought something else.

 

wouldn't ya know, 3 days after ordering the kit, my wife tells me she's leaving me. So I have no plans of giving her one of my cd/mp3 dash units. Therefore she has no use for this.

Anyone want to buy it for their car?
