Have a '00 Taurus with 70,000 miles. The check engine light was coming on occasionally. Now it'son constantly. Our mechanic did a quick run over and couldn't find anything wrong. He never hooked it up to the computer, but said everything look good visually. Any suggestions as to what this could be? Thanks for your help!!

 

Run it by one of the parts vendors like Autozone or your local vendor and have them read the code.. Most have code readers and will read it at no cost.. Without it, your fly'n blind
