My 2013 engine is out of timing. I recently replaced the timing chains (both primary and two secondary) . There is a special tool required to keep the cams from moving during removal of the chains. One tool each is installed on both cams. I accidentally removed one of the tools with the chains off and the spring loaded cam on one side rotated independently. As a result one of the timing mark on one cam shaft phasers is no longer lined up since the phaser is connected to the camshaft. I don’t know how many rotations that cam made. How do I get the engine back in timing to install the chains? Should I just rotate that cam to line up the timing mark on the cam phaser? I attached a photo and you can see there are two each cam shaft phasers on both sides that the secondary chain goes around.
