Default I'm about to cry!!

Did a compression check and this is the outcome...

Its a warped head, yes.

My question is this...can I mill just 1 head? Is there a way to retighted the head bolts a little tighter than factory specs to relieve myself of head gasket job #3?
Yes, I know...3rd time is a charm, right? Wrong.
Car ran beautiful for more than a year each head gasket and the slightest sign of overheating popped each HG.
This wil was those damn Southern Oregon hills.
Found autolite is crap as well.

Thanks in advance for help!

I purchased a '90 Taurus in '96 (cheep) with a blown head gasket. The odd thing about the job was after torking the new head bolts they needed to be loosened. I forget how much, but it was in degrees- I think it was 30 somthing to 40 degrees. Any shop manual would have that in. I was told that if you don't follow this, the heads don't seal right. Maybe you already did this? I got rid of it about 5 years later (and over 60,000 miles), and it still ran great.
Heads should be shaved in sets!
Have to use new head bolts!

I did that annoying sequence.

Torque finger tight, then to 23lbs then to 40lbs then to 56 then loosen then tighten 3/4 turn.
Somthing irritating and time-comsuming...

Alrighty, well looks like its either up for trade for a welder and some equipment or SHO tiiiiiime!
Thank you much!

I'll remember this site since all the others I post to suck for technical help!

Maybe the block needs to be decked---NAAA --- Your better of with an SHO anyway. I've drove them a lot. When they came out in '89, I worked in sales at a ford dealership. The first year or two, all you could get were the 5 spd. trans..Then came the automatic option........GOOD LUCK!

Hey, how hard would it be to convert this 3.0 Tore-*** G(ood) L(uck) Wagon to a SHO Wagon?
Would I keep the same fueling lines and pump and tank, just switch out ECU and wiring?
I know the hardest part is going to be cutting a hole for the shifter to go through the floor...other than getting the SHO stuff from the beginning.
