My wife just purchased a 2001 taurus which was running fine (and still is) but I first noticed the cooling fans were running all the time, even tho the engine was cool. The air conditioner will not cool and it has a full charge. Also, when the car sits overnight, it will not crank until the fuel pump is cycled a few times. When it does crank, it will not take gas for a couple of minutes. After that, it is fine for the rest of the day. It shows a PO117 code. Replaced both temperature sensors. Still the same and still shows same code. PLEASE HELP

 

did you have you codes reset an for the fuel pump cycling thing check your fuel filter or just replace it and the conditioner could be the temp sensors bad or just need resetting or the mixing blend door motor not working right or broken
