Default Problem
Hello,

My dad and I rebuilt my motor in my 1993 Taurus. But now we get a buzzing sound from a controller above the radiator. Has anyone had this happen before?

I believe it's called an IRCM. Controls power to fuel pump, cooling fans, a/c compressor clutch. Could be you left off a ground wire somewhere.
