Default Rear tires not perpendicular to the ground

I have a Ford Taurus SE 2005 with 49,000 miles. I noticed that both rear tires are tilted outward, with the driver side tire being the most tilted. When people is seated in the rear seat, this condition is even more noticeable. The tires are not the originals, they are the second set, and look very well.

I put a level on the wheel's rim, and in fact they are not perpendicular to the ground. I checked all the bushings and both shock absorbers, and they look in good condition. The driver rear tire inner side thread is more worn out compared to the rest of the tire.

Any help is welcome.
