Anyone know the price difference between the Taurus and Charger police pkg? I drove by NC State trooper area where all new cars come in and they were all Chargers.

I have a friend who is a local town police man in NC and they have Taurus cruisers. He said their maintenance costs are lower than the Charger. Has anyone heard if that's tru in general?

He likes the Taurus, saw I had one and that's why we were talking about it. He did say is he had to choose he would pick the Charger, but did like his Taurus.

Sales of Taurus Police interceptor seem slow to me, but I am seeing more all the time.
